Paul Floyd is a “lawyer's lawyer.” He is the founding partner at Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, P.A. and has practiced for more than 35 years focusing his efforts on behalf of lawyers and other professionals.
Paul has made it his business to help other lawyers make the most of theirs. He provides great insight into how lawyers can make the most of their career transitions, whether that is moving into an of-counsel role or retiring completely.

Pete is a CPA and the President of Maxfield Peterson PC and Managing Director of its specialty practice, the Law Firm Business Institute. He has been employed in the legal services sector since 1987. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of the San Francisco office for Hildebrandt International, as well as the CFO for two larger law firms in Minneapolis (formerly Oppenheimer Wolf & Donnelly, now Fox Rothschild) and Denver (Davis Graham & Stubbs). He counsels firms on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, management and governance, succession planning, and profitability improvement.
Pete is also an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and teaches programs sponsored by the Association of Legal Administrators.
