Depending upon the nature and scope of the project, Roy Ginsburg frequently partners with attorney Paul Floyd and CPA and law firm management consultant Pete (Stephen) Peterson. Both bring a wealth of expertise and experience to help you secure the best deal.
Paul has made it his business to help other lawyers make the most of theirs. He provides great insight into how lawyers can make the best of their career transitions, whether that is moving into an of-counsel role or retiring completely.
In addition to his own practice, Paul teaches in the MBA program at Bethel University. His courses cover the topics of Business Plans and Entrepreneurship.
Pete has worked in the legal services arena since 1987, and has become a highly regarded and recognized expert on issues of law firm management. Lawyers often turn to him for help in the areas of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and firm governance.
Currently, Pete is the CEO of the accounting and business advisory firm Maxfield Peterson. He is also the Managing Director of the firm’s specialty practice, the Law Firm Business Institute. Before starting his own consulting firm, Pete was the COO and Managing Partner of the San Francisco office for Hildebrandt International.
In addition to his practice, Pete is an adjunct professor in the Master of Science in Legal Administration program at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. He is also a Fellow to the College of Law Practice Management.
